Not only do we manufacture parts for our customers, but we assemble finished consumer and industrial products as well.
Matjaz "Mat" Paulic
President & CEO
As President and CEO of PH Molds Limited, Matjaz ‘Mat’ Paulic has successfully transitioned the family business to its second generation. During the past three decades, this technically inclined leader has built a career around providing technically advanced molding solutions while ensuring personalized service to every customer.
He considers the “people” side of his business as important as the quality of the product/services to his customers. This is a key component of every decision he makes and every policy he implements on behalf of the company.
Having always been interested in computers, Mat completed an Instrumentation Technology diploma from BCIT that focused on electronics/electrical and computer control systems for industrial equipment. Mat’s technical experience includes a thorough knowledge of injection molding machinery and all related equipment. From the manufacturing and assembly of injection molding machines to their QI, testing, and servicing. Mat is experienced in software programming for injection molding machine controls, as well as engineering of industrial plastics equipment, control systems and research & development in injection molding processing. He acquired these skills during his thirteen years of experience with Engel, Canada.
As President and CEO, Mat combines his varied technical skills with his experience as a technical manager, plant manager and general manager to bring solutions to the table for his customers.
Mat eagerly puts his years of experience to work on behalf of every PH Molds client. No matter how complex the project, Mat and his team have the expertise to design and manufacture the high-quality plastic components and products required by businesses in a wide range of industries.
When he is not working, Mat enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and fishing.
Alenka Middleton
Vice President & CFO
Alenka Middleton joined PH Molds as the Vice President & CFO in August 2016. Alenka comes to us with over 20 years experience in finance and leadership.
Her career began in 1994 when she decided to begin her own business venture & started a service based cablevision contracting company. Working as Controller and Administrator, Alenka’s responsibilities included all financial functions as well as customer service, project management, training and team building. With her move to K-Bro Linen Systems as their Plant Controller in 2003, she quickly became a key member of their management team. During her 13 year tenure, Alenka was part of the initial start-up for a new 60,000 square foot commercial laundry facility where she designed all financial and data controls, building the foundation of accuracy, efficiency, and excellence for which she is known.
As a proven leader with dynamic energy and a solid financial background, Alenka’s role within PH Molds will provide the support needed to allow for further opportunities for growth and development.
